I woke up early this morning because I have an appointment with my doctor. Every three months I have check up. She checks my blood pressure always. She monitors it because my BP sometimes will goes up. I have daily medication and it helps me to lower my blood pressure. I am so thankful to my doctor for being nice to me always.
