I had attended a birthday party of my grandfather last weekend together with my mom and my son. My sister-in-law was the host of his party because it was held in their house. There were only few visitors who attended, only the closest friends, neighbors and grandchildren of my grandfather. He was happy celebrating his 68th birthday still healthy although he had regular maintenance of his health but then he was enjoying what he had right now. He even loves smoking cigarettes after every meal even though he was advised by his doctor not to puff cigarettes but we had nothing against his favorite as long as he was happy with his life. As a birthday gift, I was searching cigar auctions online that I could give him, although it was a late gift but I know he would really like it to taste different flavor.

At my age, I still want to look good especially my skin. Even though there are some changes of my skin because of my age but still I want to look fresh and healthy. Healthy skin help us to boost confidence and enhance our mood. Everyday I make sure I clean my face, moisturize it and put sunscreen protection before I go out. I never go to bed if my face is dirty. I wash it carefully with mild soap and water or I take a bath, put night cream before I sleep. It is good to sleep if I am clean and comfortable.

At the age of 17, my son is tall and handsome. He is very active when it comes to school activities. He is a chess player in school and won many times during the tournament. Aside from playing chess, he loves hiking and mountain climbing. That is why I bought Lowa boots for him to use during the hiking. Most of his classmates join the hiking together with their instructor Mike. And, even though he joins many schools activities, but still he got a good grade. I am so happy and proud of him.

I’m glad and happy today. You know what? I asked my friend to cooked vegetables stew for me and she did it during lunch time. We ate and it was so delicious. I gave thanks to her and she promised to cook another recipe for me. She is perfect when it comes to cooking. To my friend, thank you so much and take good care.

At last it is Friday again. Now I can rest a little bit and I will really relax tomorrow. I am so tired since last Monday so I need a break. I got pain at my back and some parts of my legs. I have no plan to go out tomorrow. On Sunday, I will only go to church and rest again. Well, that is life, we work hard and sometimes we need to rest too.
