Thanks to my daughter, she bought a bread and fruits for me when she came to my house yesterday. I am so happy to talk to her again. She become busy after she got a good job. But even though she is busy at work, but still she give time to herself and visit us sometimes. To my daughter, take care and have a good day.

We can easily communicate to our clients by using computer, fax or telephone. In the internet you can easily send emails, talk to video calls and chat. There are many softwares available online.

In the city where I live, there are four Filipino associations. At first, when I came to Canada, I become a member of Tipon Tipon sa mga bisayas or getting together among Visayan association. After three years, The Visayan Ethnocultural Organization was born and I joined the group. I am one of the selected officer. Our goal is to provide humanitarian, social and educational services to members and affiliates in the community. We have different activities on special occasions such as Christmas party, spring dance party, picnic and many more.

Since our anniversary is fast approaching, we plan to order custom pins for our members. There are many expert artists to help us online. They provide good quality materials for custom pins. We have our own design so it is easy for them to make our pins excellent and looks beautiful. We can use it during our gatherings and activities. We plan to have a big celebration, a dinner and dance party.

The other two organizations are the Filipino Canadian Club and the Filipino Seniors Everlasting Group. The Filipino Canadian Club was founded in the early seventies to help and support the settlement of new immigrants in Guelph. The Filipino Seniors Everlasting was started in year 2007 and most of them are middle aged and senior members.

I am so proud of my two sons. They have a good business in the city and both of them are successful. At first they started with a small capital and help each other until the small business grow. It’s time for me to go to church today. I have no overtime so I will go out with friends. I have a friend that will drive us to the next city. She phoned me yesterday and asked me if I can come with them. Yes! I am free and wants to go to church too. The plan is we will go to the church first and then visit our friends there in Cambridge. Thanks to our lady driver, for her efforts to pick up us and drive to church. To all my friends out there, happy Sunday and enjoy the weekend.

My budget this time is quite tight because I have so many payables to be paid by the end of the month. When I received some coupons that offer discounts on shopping, I immediately keep it so that I can have something to use when I need to shop new clothes. I have some costume express coupons with me now. I can easily get the best clothes I like this coming fall season. It feels happy and exciting to buy some items with less and discounts. Also, I can save more money from my personal purchases online.

I know I spent so much money this summer. I bought many stuffs and give to my children. That is the only happiness that I can give to them. I also shop clothes to my grand children. They are so happy and proud of me. Every time I visit their house I have gifts for them. I also gave toys and healthy foods. They like it and I am so glad they enjoy with my presence.
