Here comes winter once again and a Christmas season to celebrate. Although it’s very cold outside but still life is still going on especially our works. I never thought of buying an electric blanket because I had never use it before. But when I saw my sister use an electric blanket, I become interested to know how it works this time. Maybe it would be better than staying inside the house sitting down near the fireplace while sipping hot chocolate milk. I think it’s so relaxing and comfortable to rest on it and finally fall asleep while giving my body a warm effect. When I woke up this morning my friend called me in the telephone. She said we will go to Niagara City.

The weather is nice so I immediately get ready and my friend and I went to Niagara. We spent three hours for shopping and then strolling around the city. I felt so happy and was tired when we arrived home.

But even though I’m tired I need to open my computer and update my blog. Thanks to God my day is colorful and awesome.

My son got married last October 2009. At first they live in one bedroom apartment. Just last month they bought a new house. It is a wonderful house and comfortable to live. They bought their own appliances like refrigerator, home theater system with dvd, television, oven, washing machine, dish washing, bed, cabinets and many more. The location is good very near the church, downtown, public school, bank, mall and there are many stores across the house. I am so happy for them and I hope God will shower more blessings to the couple.

Two days from now is my doctor’s appointment. Last check up, according to my family doctor my cholesterol is a little bit high that’s why he advise me to avoid fatty foods. He also advise me to avoid sugary products, lower my salt intake and avoid alcoholic drinks. I follow all his instruction and make sure that all my foods are healthy. I need to take care of my health because I’m not young anymore.

Most of us want to loss few pounds but sometimes we can not control our eating habits. We eat too much of foods especially during parties. In this holiday season you need to prepare hoodia weight loss pills. It is effective and can reduce weight. I am sure all of you will celebrate Christmas and eat many foods. Also, regular exercise is needed by the body. Eat healthy foods and avoid fatty foods. Do not eat junk foods and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Have a good rest and sleep early. Acceptance means you are valuable just as you are. It allows you to be the real you. You aren’t forced into someone else idea of who really you are. It means your ideas are taken seriously since they reflect you. You can talk about how you feel inside and why you feel that way and someone really cares. Acceptance means you can try out your ideas without being shot down. You can even express heretical thoughts and discuss them with intelligent questioning. You feel safe. No one will pronounce judgment on you, even though they don’t agree with you. It doesn’t mean you will never be corrected or shown to be wrong. It simply means it is safe to be you and no one will destroy you out of prejudice.
