Regular Exercise

Everyday my daughter and I walk to the park or going to the store. I need it to have regular exercise as well as my daughter. She gain a lot of weight this summer so I encourage her to walk, play outdoor games or jogging every morning. All of us need regular exercise because it can help us lose our weight and maintain a healthy body. It’s very important to have daily activities like walking, jogging, gardening, long bike rides, gym workouts, play tennis, swimming or dancing if you can. Exercise promotes weight loss, improves cholesterol levels and lowers blood. Physical activity is good for the brain as well. It increases blood flow, improves sleep, lifts mood and energy level, heightens alertness and memory. So, I will encourage all my friends to exercise as what I did to become more active and physically fit.
