Good Nutrition
Good nutrition is not just kids but it is also for busy parents like us who need healthy and nutritious foods for work. We need to eat those foods to gain more energy and we can still take care of our little kids at home. Both men and women need to eat fruits and vegetables everyday that are rich in fiber, lots of vitamins and minerals. As we age, we need calcium and vitamin D to keep our bones and teeth strong and healthy. These nutrients can be found in milk, fruits, juice and green leafy vegetables. We also need to drink more water at least 8 glasses a day. Also, we need to reduce or limit our salt and sugar intake to control the factors that can increase our risk of developing many illnesses. We need to make sure that there are no fats and lesser salt if we eat in the restaurant. We need to choose the foods we eat whether we are at home, party or in the restaurant. It is also advisable to have regular exercise to burn calories and become physically fit.
