Tips On How To Cut Calories

Everyday I always read tips on how to become active and healthy that can help me to stay away from illness. As we age, it is important for us to know how to make our body physically fit. So, here are some tips on how to cut our calories and I love to share it with you. First and for most do not eat too much and eat only when your hungry. Eat slowly, do not eat too fast, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to start feeling full and then stop eating when you’re full. Begin meals with a large glass of water. Have a fruit or vegetable for a snack and have fruit for dessert. Choose skinless poultry and lean cuts of meat. Choose low – fat or fat – free cheeses, salad dressings and bread spreads. Use low – fat cooking methods such as baking, broiling, grilling and steaming. Choose cooking sprays for stir – fries and sauteing. Keep a food log to help you track how much you’re eating.
