I can hear my grandson always ask my daughter to buy a laptop for him. My daughter did not pay attention to his request because they have desktop at home. I love my grandson that’s why I plan to buy a cute netbook for his birthday. While searching at daily deals online I am interested to buy the acer brand. It’s cheaper compare to the other brands. I just hope that my grandson will be happy after I purchase this netbook on his birthday.

I believe in the sayings, “the family that prays together stays forever”. Each family has special moments, the moments of happiness, love, care, emotion and kindness to each member of the family. Sometimes we can not deny that there are moments that a family faces problems, trials and a little bit sacrifices. But whatever happens, family needs to be strong, stay happy and put God in the center of their life.

That’s my daughter lyn from the left side and happily married to bong. They have three daughters namely Yari the eldest (center next to dad), then is Kaila (right side) and Adi (left side next to her mom). As of now the kids are in grade school while the parent’s are working as public teacher. I miss them so much and it’s already 8 years since we didn’t see each other.

So, here are some tips on how to cut our calories and I love to share it with you. First and for most do not eat too much and eat only when your hungry. Eat slowly, do not eat too fast, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to start feeling full and then stop eating when you’re full. Begin meals with a large glass of water. Have a fruit or vegetable for a snack and have fruit for dessert. Choose skinless poultry and lean cuts of meat. Choose low – fat or fat – free cheeses, salad dressings and bread spreads. Use low – fat cooking methods such as baking, broiling, grilling and steaming. Choose cooking sprays for stir – fries and sauteing. Keep a food log to help you track how much you’re eating.
