Hi! Hello guys! I would like to share a few tips on how to reduce stress. Well, to reduce stress and enjoy your time you need to follow the following tips. First you need to be organized in anything. Always create a checklist and prioritize items in a way that will go you the most time with family and friends. If you can, avoid caffeine or limit your intake of caffeine, sugar and alcohol. It will improve your physical response to stress, anxiety and restlessness. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water at least 8 glasses or more everyday. Give yourself enough sleep or short of naps if possible to keep your energy flowing, become fresh and healthy. Exercise daily such as walking, jogging, climbing the stairs instead of using elevator, go to gym, swimming at the beach, dancing and participate in sports especially this summer time.
