Yes! It’s true that moving is exciting but very stressful event. Last three weeks ago we moved to a new house and until now were still trying to organize everything in our new home. I ask my daughter to look for terminal kits online. I want our small things organize and put in a kit so that it is clean, neat and easy to look. Hi! I’m here again with my exercise tips. Yesterday I post about how to make our body healthy. Here I am again to remind you the importance of exercise. Every one of us needs diet and exercise to become more active always. Maintaining a healthy body through exercise is the most important challenge to all of us. Here some of my tips of diet and exercise. Ditch the car keys and try to walk to the store, jogging or ride a bike. Clean more at home even vacuuming is an exercise, gardening and raking. Take the stairs instead of the escalator and elevator. Go out to the garden and play with your child or grandchildren. They will keep you moving. So, c’mon friends, go with me, let go out now and let’s do it.
