My World

With winter coming, more and more people are beginning to think about what winter clothes to wear. Like me I already disposed my winter coats, thick clothes, hats and many others last year. I gave it to my relatives and friends and now I am looking for a nice winter coats in the mall. Since it is Sunday today I plan to go out this morning and my destination is to Stone Road Mall. I will start to buy thick clothes and coats for the preparation of winter months. I also plan to buy a new boots for my daughter. I hope they are on sale today so that I can buy much stuff I like.

Last month was the most exciting days for me. You know why? It’s because I had a 3 days vacation at Ottawa, Canada together with my son, daughter and of course Betty my son’s girlfriend. We traveled from August 15 in the morning and we returned at August 17. It’s about 6 hrs of travel from here to Ottawa and my son was the one who drove the car. We arrived there safely and stayed in a nice hotel. After our dinner we immediately visited the Parliament Hill Building but the light and sound show was done because we are late and also it’s hard for us to park our car. We decided to return on the following night and watch the light and sound show.

Then, our destination is in Parliament Hill Building again to view the building in day time. It’s awesome and I had fun taking pictures there. The place is clean, beautiful with breathtaking views at the back part of the building. You can see the Ottawa River, the museum, the bridge and big library is there. Everything looks wonderful and I enjoyed it. Next we went to the museum and ride in the general cruises. After that we went to Canada Aviation Museum but sad to say that they are close already and we’re late again. Well, it’s ok at least we know already the place.

On the following day, we woke up early and proceed to our next destination at Aviation Museum which is located at 11 Aviation Parkway, Ottawa. The aviation is not far it is only 10 minutes from Parliament and facing the Parliament Hill building. You only need to turn right on Wellington Street and turn left on Sussex Drive. Immediately after Rideau Falls, Sussex drive becomes the Rockcliffe Parkway. Then you follow through to the Aviation Parkway and look for signage to the museum and there the wonderful museum is on the left. It is one of the most beautiful aviation museums in the world.

The Canada Aviation Museum is a must-see attraction during your visit to Canada’s National Capital Region. The Museum presents the entire history of Canada’s aeronautical legacy, from the pioneer era to the jet age. Over 130 aircraft bear witness to the dream of flying and to the important role played by Canadians in the development of aviation. It’s great all are beautiful and we really enjoyed the fascinating collection of vintage aircraft and aviation artifacts. Wow! They own the most impressive collections of vintage aircraft in the world.

After Aviation we traveled to the most exciting place the 1000 Islands. It was a long trip and we arrived at three in the afternoon. We immediately bought tickets for the cruise at Kingston, Ontario. I must admit it was my first time to view the awesome1000 Islands from Canada part turn to the US part. The Canadian islands are in the province of Ontario while the U.S. islands are in the state of New York. There are 1,793 Islands in all. Wow! All the Islands are amazing the views are impressive. After those trips we need to go back home because there are many works waiting for us. Well, all I can say I’m so happy with my short vacation experience.

It’s me with my best friend. If I have problems, she’s always there to give a helping hand, to share opinion and show the best care. She’s a friend who encourages me to pursue my goal and reach my dreams in life. I’m so happy that she becomes my friend, a treasure and a friend to be cherished forever.

I remember when I was a little girl we had many dogs at home. My parents use the dogs to guard the house. We had lots of dogs and I don’t remember my parents give them their names. There is no name for our dogs. Since we had more many dogs at home, the bad persons can not easily get inside the home because there are lots of dogs outside.

The dogs here are different from the dogs where I grew up. In our place back home, aside from the fact that the dogs were never allowed to get inside the house, they were fed with leftover foods. I don’t remember my parents buying those expensive can foods for them. They just eat our leftovers and they are so fat. They weren’t vaccinated also they just guard the house and go anywhere. That’s why when I got married and have children I had also lots of dogs. Same as my parents I also didn’t gave names and I also do the same like my parents.

But, as of now everything is different. The dogs now are so adorable, looks so gorgeous and they live inside the house. It’s the owner who cleans the dirt or stools of their pets. If you have a dog today, automatically the owner is the caregiver of their pets. They follow their dogs anywhere and clean all the dirt they create. If they get sick, you should bring them to the veterinary hospital. They need proper medicine that prescribes by the doctor. Wow! The animals are very lucky; the owner gives so much love, care and attention to their pets. They give everything to their pets including dog foods, clothing, toys, bedding and much more expensive stuff. They treat the dogs as a friend, a member or a part of the family.

Summer is about to end and now lets view the wonderful colors of the fall. The flowers in our garden will soon to die but it will always remain lovely and beautiful in our blogs. This summer I have different kinds of flower collections that I save in my hard drive. It’s my hobbies to collect different kinds of pictures including views, flowers, family, friends and of course my own pictures. Most of my pictures are on my sites, I posted most of them. I love to share it with my friends around the world. By the way the pink flower below is taken from botanical garden at Niagara Falls. It’s beautiful and I love the color.

It was taken last month when I visited the most popular place of Niagara Falls together with my sister, brother in law, niece and friends. The weather was nice so I looked and captured the beautiful sky. Every year we will explore this wonderful place to relax and see the breathtaking views of the three waterfalls.
